Ek Haseena Thi Ek Deewana Tha is a Hindi feature film produced by A.P. Productions with script written by Komal Rao, direction by Anoop Kumar, and starring Urvashi Rautela, Rehaan Engineer, Tushar Kapoor in lead roles. The film is about two sisters Ayesha (Urvashi Rautela) name who falls in love with Imran (Rehaan Engineer), but then starts to fall apart when her sister Meera (Tushar Kapoot) starts appearing everywhere and the two struggle to reconcile their sibling rivalry while dealing with her love triangle. The movie was released on 15 March 2014. The film had a limited release of 200 screens in India.[3] The storyline of the film is set in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh. Ayesha (Urvashi Rautela) And Meera (Tushar Kapoor) are sisters with opposite personalities. Ayesha is lively while Meera is more introvert, but both are very close to each other. Imran Khan (Rehaan Engineer), a writer lives opposite Ayesha's flat he falls in love with her at first sight but does not express his feelings immediately because of Ayesha's shy nature. Ayesha and Imran then start their journey of love story in which Ayesha's sister Meera (Rehaan Engineer) joins in. She and Ayesha and Imran and for a while, life looks good for them; Ayesha's mom Bikram (Jackky Bhagnani) was also happy about the situation. But on the other hand Meera starts to become more mischievous than ever by playing pranks on Ayesha, due to which both the sisters began to fight more often than ever before. One day Ayesha's mom & Imran come to know that they are getting married, but then suddenly find out that the marriage is off. Imran has to go to Pakistan for an award ceremony. While Ayesha is upset that Imran did not even get in touch with her after the end of their marriage, Meera uses this opportunity to tease her sister by saying that she got to talk to Imran over the phone while he was in Pakistan. During Imran's absence, Meera has really stepped up her game and buys herself a bike, flirts with other men and begins to seduce all of Ayesha's friends. This infuriates Ayesha because even though she loves Imran very much she is fed up with Meera ruining everything for her. When Imran comes back he is shocked at what he sees. Ayesha and Meera call a truce and go out for a drink with Imran where Ayesha realises that she is in love with Imran. The next day when Ayesha is about to tell Imran, they get into an accident and wake up to find that they had been given amnesia by the effect of the accident.
